Laying this out. First off time has taught me that it would appear that not many really gives a fuck about this issue until it impacts their lives on a personal level. That's fine. Despite the talk and outrage over this plague it seems the only thing that is done is we have law enforcement nabbing some of these dealers. That's a wonderful thing. Law enforcement however can only do so much, and with so many support services such as rehab centers which are profit based, the actions being taken are still not getting to the root cause of this problem. First off it is an argument to state that this is a disease. Honestly this is not a disease, it is a choice, and that choice leads to disease and for many death due to the life choice. The thought itself that this is a disease is proof at just how flawed our thinking is on this. Case in point. I think today I will snort paint fumes and get high as fuck. I also believe I will do so much snorting that I will develop some brain cancer cells and see where that leads me. Should I go on? I think the points made. If not, once again based on what I have seen, it matters very little.
For those of you that were aware of my Ugly project and supported it I thank you, and you will see at the end of this post a very rough draft of the opening tittle segment. To add to this project, there are several outside agencies as well as people who are involved with this and they are all contributing in some manor.
In closing, I want to thank everyone who is involved and supported this initiative. Those of you who turned a blind eye, well let me just hope that you never have to experience what so many parents have had to deal with over the last several years.
Sad to learn that people only start to care after they have been impacted.
Stay blessed and blind to the truth.
